The Framingham State Tuition Promise

We believe every student deserves access to an outstanding education, regardless of their income level. The Framingham State Tuition Promise guarantees that full-time undergraduate students who are permanent Massachusetts residents and whose family income is under $85,000 pay $0 in tuition and fees after applying their financial aid grants. This does not include expenses like housing and meals, but additional financial aid is available for those who qualify.
