Mental & Emotional Wellbeing
Our Health, Counseling, and Wellness Center is your go-to resource for medical and mental health support. Our board-certified nurse practitioners will help you feel your best, while our college-specialized mental health counselors provide a confidential, judgment-free space to manage stress, build healthy coping strategies, and adjust to your new home away from home. We believe your well-being is essential to your success, in and out of the classroom.
Academic Support
Whether you need one-on-one time with professional or peer tutors, an academic coach to help you crush your goals, or Disability and Access Services to coordinate specific accommodations, our Center for Academic Success and Achievement (CASA) will help you feel confident and capable.
Movement is Medicine
You can clear your head and stay active at the Athletic and Recreation Center, which features a weight room, cardio equipment, and diverse intramural and group fitness programs ranging from indoor soccer to yoga classes.
Safety Matters
While you focus on your goals, the University Police work 24/7 to keep our community secure, offering safety escorts after dark and maintaining a network of Code Blue emergency phones throughout the campus. You’ll often spot our comfort K9, Ramsey, and his ever-wagging tail offering a calming presence alongside our officers, too.
Supporting Student Veterans
Framingham State is proud to support more than 200 student veterans from every branch of the U.S. military. Our Veterans Services Center helps veterans navigate and maximize their education benefits while connecting them to campus resources, and a strong community of fellow veterans.
Rounding Out Your Support
We’ve got your back, inside the classroom and out. The Rams Resource Center provides free non-perishable food items, toiletries, and even headshots and clothing for interviews, in case you need a little extra help.
